Criticizing the UN Report on Gaza
The UNHRC report on the Gaza war, Australia-Israel relations, Israeli innovations in Africa and baseball in the holy land are the topics of this show.
VOI’s Dov Lipman criticizes the UN report condemning Israel for its behavior during last summer’s war in Gaza, and talks about why he considers it important for VIPs, including top athletes, to visit Israel.
Then, Dov is joined by Dave Sharma, Australian Ambassador to Israel, to discuss Australia-Israel relations. Sharma also recounts some of the experiences he has had during his tenure.
Then, Dov is joined by Sivan Borowich Ya’ari, founder and president of “Innovation: Africa” to talk about her efforts to bring electricity to sub-Saharan Africa.
Finally, Dov interviews Nate Fish, director of the Israel Association of Baseball. Fish describes the goal of Israeli baseball, the details of the program and its successes.
