Should Jewish Organizations Keep Their Donations Inside the 'Green Line?'

Over the weekend, J Street head Jeremy Ben-Ami told his organization's annual conference that Jews should limit their Israel philanthropy to causes "inside" the Green Line. He also recommended that Jewish institutions only use maps of Israel clearly delineating the "West Bank." Has J-Street gone too far?
