- A bipartisan deal has been made on legislation that would allow the US Congress to review any nuclear deal with Iran, possibly including language stating the deal must also recognize Israel's right to exist, according to Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair Bob Corker (R-Tenn.).
- Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif says talks on the Iranian nuclear program will resume next week, on April 21.
- The Russian S-300 missile defense system may be delivered to Iran by the end of year, following the lifting of a five-year ban on the delivery.
