Jewish Agency Announces Ten-Year Record-High Immigration

Avi Mayer, Jewish Agency for Israel's International Spokesman, tells VOI's Josh Hasten that Jewish immigration reached a ten-year high in 2014, with 26,500 new immigrants. Mayer says the Jewish State is more than just a safe-haven for Jews in difficult circumstances. The Jewish Agency is encouraging Jews living 'comfortably' in the diaspora to come 'home' to the Jewish State.
