Obama: Paris Shooting of Jews 'Random' and Islamic Terror Excused by the Crusades

Was the killing of four Jews in a kosher grocery story in France really committed by a "bunch of violent, vicious zealots who randomly shoot a bunch of folks in a deli in Paris" -- as US President Barack Obama said in an interview? Or was it something else -- anti-Semitism perhaps?

And in another speech, President Obama appears to excuse Islamic terrorism on the grounds that other religions have also murdered in the name of God. Are the Crusades an excuse for the current wave of Islamic terrorism?
