Proud to Be Pro-Israel: Gay Americans Celebrate the Jewish State's Pluralism and Democracy

A Wider Bridge, an organization connecting LGBTQ Israelis and North American Jews, has a different perspective from many of its far-Left counterparts. Gay rights activists Vincent Jones, Alice Kessler and Danny Wein, delegates who have come to participate in Tel Aviv pride week and Friday's parade, join VOI's Molly Livingstone in-studio to talk about liberals' classic criticism of Israel, the media and BDS. They explain how their group provides a different view of the conflict. They also talk about the opportunity this trip has provided to share experiences back home, including meetings with members of the Israeli government and touring Tel Aviv, ranked among the most gay-friendly cities in the world.
