Rabbi Mottle Wolfe's Glimpse into the 'Old Country'

Is it safer for Jews to live in Israel or America?
VOI's Rabbi Mottle Wolfe, who just returned from a short trip to the US to officiate at a wedding. Mottle says that while it is obvious that there is a thriving Jewish community in America, he feels a lack of the sense of brotherhood and purpose characteristic of Israel. He also recounts reassuring those who asked him about whether living in certain parts of Israel is dangerous that he feels very safe here.
