Ran Eshel, co-founder of "yapQ," an app enabling tourists to turn their smartphones into audio tour guides, joins VOI's Josh Hasten to talk about his new device.
He say that the app functions as a fun and easy guide to cities all over the world, providing information to tourists on the go, allowing them to explore their surroundings at their own pace and without a required Internet connection.
