Adolf Eichmann was the only person ever to receive the death penalty in the Jewish state.
On the 53rd anniversary of his execution, it was revealed that, in order to avoid international condemnation, the government of then Prime Minister David Ben Gurion allowed Eichmann’s wife to visit her husband. Why is Israel so concerned with world opinion?
