The Live@5 panel wants to know why the State Department just backtracked on a bill President Obama signed thought to oppose anti-Israel boycotts.
A trade bill passed by the US Congress and signed by the president last week instructed US diplomats to include opposition to any boycott of Israel in their free trade negotiations with the European Union. But the State department has backtracked, making it clear it is not opposed to boycotts of Judea and Samaria. Why was the follow-up statement necessary? What does it mean?
