First, Saltan reports on the emergency session of the Knesset, held in the wake of the recent violence, in spite of being on summer recess. During the session, members of the opposition blamed the coalition parties for creating an atmosphere that invited the attacks. In response, Likud Minister Gilad Erdan criticized those who condemn anti-Arab terror, but fail to mention the attacks against Jews — including last night’s fire-bomb thrown at Jewish motorists in Jerusalem. Saltan says the session was one of the most chaotic in recent memory.
Then, attorney, columnist and strategic consultant Dan Illouz talks about his latest Jerusalem Post column exposing the Israeli Supreme Court’s de facto assist to the global BDS movement,, with its statement that the state is in “belligerent occupation of Judea and Samaria.” Such language fuels the hatred of anti-Israel activists, says Illouz.
